The WFH life has definitely been an adjustment. Our homes have turned into our offices, with our roommates and family members turning into our new work colleagues. However, working from home has provided us with some luxuries. By working from the warmth and comfort of our personal living spaces, we can find ways to incorporate self care and wellness into our daily work routine to help us stay calm, cool, and collected.
